Flint & Steel - Used to make fire. Item ID 259.
Gunpowder - Can be used to craft TNT. Item ID 289.
Buckets - Used to place water or lava, which are banned. Item IDs of 325, 326, 327, & 335.
Boat - Causes server lag, etc. Item ID 333.
Storage Minecart - Causes server lag, etc. Item ID 342.
Powered Minecart - Causes server lag, general annoyance, etc. Item ID 343.
Fishing Rod - General annoyance, lag, etc. Item ID 346.
Bone Meal - Tree griefing, general annoyance. Item ID 352.
