Argoth State University is a district of Argoth in PvE r8 where it is rumored that you can get edumacated. Offering degrees in Voxel Architecture, Spleef Theory, Molon Lord Mythology, and Advanced Redstone Engineering, ASU is a great place to expand your brain!

Location

Located south of the Central Argoth district on a large hill, the University campus offers excellent views of the downtown skyscrapers. ASU is bordered on the east by the Argoth Canal, which links the ocean to the downtown area. To the south lies the coast and Arrrgoth, while to the west is a massive snow biome and nearby Port Aperture. ASU is well-connected to its neighbors via road and rail.

Architecture

ASU is composed of distinct buildings, each with their own architectural styles. While varied, the architectures still have a strong "college campus" flavor, often inspired by Collegiate Gothic and Neoclassical/Jeffersonian.

All roads on campus are lined with brick, and there is an emphasis on green space: open quads, trees, and green roofing.

Builds

Completed or in-progress

Ideas for additional builds

  • More academic buildings with classrooms/labs
  • Dining halls
  • Dormitories
  • Student rec center
  • Athletic facilities, including a spleef arena
    • A parking lot for spleef tailgating
  • Just outside the campus, closer to Central Argoth:
    • Bars, restaurants, theaters
    • Frat houses
    • Student apartments
  • ...and anything else you can think of that you might find on or near a college campus!

Want to build here?

ASU is covered under the main Argoth region, so ask a mayor to add you if you're not already a resident. Once you're added, come pick a plot and we'll go from there!

Coursework

No, no, no! Glowstone dust is for potion potency, not duration!
